I don’t have time to try and catch up with the days I’ve missed. So, I’m just start from this point forward again. I worked a 13 hour day, so food wasn’t very high on the priority list. I was so tired when I got home that I just made some toast because I didn’t feel like cooking.

Breakfast:

None – work was so busy I never got around to eating

Snack:

Chipotle roasted peanuts – 3

Lunch:

TUL – 8

Dinner:

Toast (wasn’t lite bread) – 3.2
SF Tapioca – 2.5

Snack:

Nonfat milk – 3.6
Granola bars – 3.4

Total: 23.7
Water: 32 oz
Exercise: None
