Yes, I’m aware there is a LOT of Subway on this journal. I was busy running errands, so I grabbed Subway for lunch. While I was there, I went on and bought a sandwich for dinner tonight as well since I’ll be going straight from work to LAX to catch my flight.

Breakfast:

None

Lunch:

6″ veggie delite – 4
Baked Lays KC Masterpiece BBQ chips – 2.6

Dinner:

12″ veggie delite – 8.1

Snack:

2% milk (10 oz) – 3.3
Granola bars – 3.4

Total: 21.4
Water: 48 oz
Exercise: Does running around like a crazy woman doing laundry, packing, and later schlepping around through LAX count?
