I went to my Weight Watchers meeting today since I missed my regular meeting yesterday when I was out of town. Even with a bit of overendulging over the weekend, I still managed a 2.6 pound loss! I’m guessing all of the running around and being on the go all weekend helped me out in that department.

I’m not sure why, but today was a snacking day. Thank goodness I had WI at lunch and have a new stock of flex points. I definitely dipped into them today since I noshed on WAAAY too many snack-type bars.

Breakfast:

None

Lunch:

TUL – 8
WW Honey Mustard Pretzel Thins – 2.1

Dinner:

Chik’n w/veggies – 7
Butterfinger granola bars – 4.4

Snacks:

Luna bar – 3.3
Luna bar – 3.3
Kashi bar – 3.4
Nonfat milk – 3.6

Total: 35.1 (used 7.1 Flex points – balance is 27.9)
Water: 48 oz
Exercise: None
