90-Day Challenge: Day 1 of 90
Well, I hit a bit of a speedbump in my progress yesterday. I went to a stitching get together and succumbed to all of the wonderful food everyone had brought. I’d already been in a bit of an eating mode prior to yesterday and had already used all of my WPA for the week. Oh well, it’s a new day and I’m just getting back on the wagon.
As a result of yesterday’s venture off the OP path, I am restarting my counter for my 90-day challenge. I could have easily just chucked it out the window, but decided that I really do like the idea. So, instead of chucking it all, I just decided to start again. Sure, I’ll be 5 days behind the two friends I started this with, but at least I’m still following through with it.
Breakfast:
None – Yes, I’m aware this is becoming far too much of a habit lately.
Lunch:
Light sourdough bread – 0.8
Veggie deli slices – 1.6
2% cheese singles (2) – 2.4
SF pickle spears – 0.4
Light Lays chips – 1.3
Salsa – 0
Dinner:
Soysage – 2.6
Baked french fries – 6
Luna bar – 3.3
Snack:
WW cookies & cream bar – 2.4
Nonfat milk – 3.6
Baker’s Just for You cookies -2.2
Total: 26.6
Water: 48 oz

You might as well even forget about watching what you eat when you are at stitching get-togethers! I have been to quite a few and there is always more nibbling than stitching. But good for you for starting your 90 day challenge again. Sometimes it’s the fresh start you need rather than picking up where you left off
