90-Day Challenge: Day 30 of 90
Well, this is the day I can declare myself 1/3rd of the way complete toward my challenge. Things are going really well so far. I have felt tempted a few times to chuck this whole plan, especially since the original two “partners in crime” that were doing this with me haven’t follow through, but I’ve managed to hold it together. Each passing day it gets easier to stay on track, so I’m very hopeful I can make it the full 90 days.
To those of you who read this blog regularly, you know that Monday is my normal day for my weekly Weight Watchers meeting. Due to the Memorial Day holiday here in the U.S., there are no meetings today. I plan to go to a meeting tomorrow instead, so I’ll update my weigh in information tomorrow afternoon.
Late Breakfast: I actually slept in until nearly 9:30! 
Western Bagel Alternative English muffin – 1.3

Lunch:
Roasted vegetable enchiladas – 5
2 small mangoes – 4
I had NO idea that a small mango would be 2 points. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have eaten two of them. 
Snack:
Pumpkin smoothie (made with water) – 1
Dinner:
Baked potato – 3.0
Salsa – 0
Mushrooms sautéed with EVOO & white zin – 2
SF pudding – 2.4
Snack:
12 oz nonfat milk – 2.5
Granola bars – 3.4
Hershey chocolate mint sticks – 2.8
Total: 28.1
Water: 80 oz
