90-Day Challenge: Day 29 of 90

Oddly, the restaurant turned out to not be as big of a challenge as I thought it would be. They had several light and vegetarian options so that made things very easy. Hanging around my apartment all afternoon and evening turned out to be the bigger challenge because I snacked most of the day away. I ended up going over by a couple of points, but since I still have most of my weekly points allowance, it’s all good.

Breakfast:

Light string cheese – 1.4
Apple – 1
Coffee w/FF creamer – 0.5

Lunch:

Tostada salad w/FF cilantro lime dressing – 8

Snack:

Pita w/hummus – 3
Slim-a-bear fudge bar – 1.1

Dinner:

Meatloaf – 4
Baked potato – 3.0
Light sour cream – 1.1
Salsa – 0
Watermelon – 2

Snack:

Nonfat milk – 1.7
Organic Z-bar – 2
Slim-a-bear fudge bar – 1.1
SF Pudding – 2.4

Total: 32.3
Water: 48 oz
Exercise: 40 mins walking – 2 AP
