I’ve been struggling horribly it seems over the past couple of weeks. I’ve been dealing with a health issue that leaves me, quite often, in a great deal of pain. During those times, I seem to just lose all focus and could care less about sticking with my Weight Watchers plan. I’m hoping to get myself refocused and back on track.

Breakfast:

French toast – 2.5
Veggie sausage patties – 2.6

Lunch:

Tofurkey & cheese sandwich – 2.9
Corn on the cob (2 ears) – 3.0
SF tapioca pudding – 2.4

Dinner:

Alu Chole (curried potato & chick peas) – 3.6
Brown rice – 3.0

Snack:

Nonfat milk – 3.6
Granola bars – 3.4

Total: 27.0
WPA balance: 35.0
Water: 48 oz
