Ok, so I realize going all day without eating isn’t a good plan, but that’s the way things worked out today. It’s definitely not something I do regularly, so I’m not going to sweat that it happened today.

Snack:

FF chips w/chickpea chipotle dip – 3.1

Dinner:

Veggie pizzas – 11.2
Carb clever peaches – 1.4

Snack:

Pumpkin smoothie – 3
Nonfat milk – 3.6
Granola bars – 3.4

Total: 25.7
WPA balance: 35.0
Water: 48 oz
