Wow, where did January go?! =O I can’t believe it’s already February. At least January was productive for me on the weight loss front. I was down another 1.5 pounds this week which gives me a total loss of 6.5 pounds for January. =D

Breakfast:
AB chai latte – 0.8

Lunch:
Roasted tomato & garlic soup – 4.4
RF cheese – 2.8
FF tapioca pudding -3.2

Dinner:
Veggie burgers – 2.6
FF Pringles w/salsa – 2.0
Baby carrots – 0
Pickles – 0
Grape tomatoes – 0
Blueberry bran muffin – 2.4

Snacks:
Pumpkin smoothie – 1.5
Nonfat milk – 3.6
Granola bar – 3.4

Total: 28.4
