Sorry for the long delay between updates everyone. I had a really bad week with my food last week. I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with my on-going health issues and my HMO dragging their heels approving various tests the doctors have ordered. After a few months of holding it together and staying OP, I finally gave in to those frustrations and turned to a LOT of emotional eating. no I’m now trying to get my act back together.

Brunch:
IHOP Garden Scramble – 6.5

Snack:
Apples – 2

Dinner:
6″ veg delite – 4.0
Baked chips – 2.5
Frozen yogurt – 4.8

Snack:
Nonfat milk – 3.6
Granola bar – 3.4

Total: 25.8
WPA balance: 35.0
Water: 48 oz

    Looks like you had a good start at getting back on track. yes I know you can do this, you are stubborn as h#ll when you put your mind to it. lol
