Sorry for the long delay between updates everyone. I had a really bad week with my food last week. I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with my on-going health issues and my HMO dragging their heels approving various tests the doctors have ordered. After a few months of holding it together and staying OP, I finally gave in to those frustrations and turned to a LOT of emotional eating.
I’m now trying to get my act back together.
