I’m baaaack…

Ok, please do not be alarmed, but I’m back. I’ve had a VERY rough month both physically and emotionally. As a result, I completely lost my way OP and, boy, does the scale ever show it.

I went and rejoined WW this morning. I’m trying not looking at the past, but it’s just not easy to do. As of today, I have 114.2 pounds to go to reach my goal. I’m so angry at myself for letting that number get so large again. I’ve gained back 60 pounds in the past 3 years. no Oh well, what’s done is done and all I can do is dust myself off and start over from here. I’m just taking things from this point and moving forward with today as my day 1. Wish me luck!!

Weight Loss
I rejoined Weight Watchers on Nov. 8, 2008. I've done WW before, but never made it to my goal weight. Thankfully, I've kept some of that weight off, but still have more to lose. My hope is that this will be the LAST time I rejoin and that I'll make it all the way to goal this time!
