Pumpkin Patch Happy Dance
Sorry, I haven’t been updating much lately. I do have a counted canvas happy dance to share. It’s called Pumpkin Patch. It’s a design by Margaret Bendig who is a local teacher. It’s stitched on 18-count mono canvas using a variety of fibers. The bat button is from Just Another Button Company (if memory serves).
You can’t really tell it in the photo, but the moon is stitched with a Kreinik #12 braid that actually glows in the dark. I really wish there was a good way for me to capture it in a photo. It looks so cool!
I also just had to add a HUGE kudos to the women’s softball team from the University of Tennessee. For the third straight year, our Lady Vols are headed to the Women’s College World Series!!
