I didn’t make it to my Weight Watchers meeting today due to another commitment, so I don’t have a weigh in update for this week. I should be able to make it next Saturday, so I’ll give my next challenge update then.

Day 15 of 40

Breakfast:
Toast w/LC light cheese - 3
Coffee w/creamer - 1

Lunch:
Blue cheese & walnut salad - 6
Honey oat muffin -7

Dinner:
Chik’n & veggie stirfry - 7
Frozen yogurt - 5

Snacks:
Nonfat milk - 4
Vitalicious muffin top - 2

Total: 35
Exercise:
WPA balance: 27
Water: 48 oz

Weight Loss
I rejoined Weight Watchers on Nov. 8, 2008. I've done WW before, but never made it to my goal weight. Thankfully, I've kept some of that weight off, but still have more to lose. My hope is that this will be the LAST time I rejoin and that I'll make it all the way to goal this time!
