I’m at the halfway point of my challenge!! 8) Unfortunately, the scale isn’t moving. no There’s nothing I can do except be patient and hope the scale will start moving soon.

Day 20 of 40

Breakfast:
Veggie omelet – 2
Small banana – 1

Lunch:
Hot dogs – 3
Baked Tostitos Scoops w/salsa – 3
Baby carrots – 0
Pickle spears – 0
WW fudge bar – 1

Dinner:
Butternut squash soup – 2.5
Sandwich – 4
Pumpkin smoothie – 2

Snacks:
Nonfat milk – 4
Z-bars – 4

Total: 26.5
Exercise:
WPA balance: 32
Water: 64 oz
