I didn’t make it to my Weight Watchers meeting today due to another commitment, so I don’t have a weigh in update for this week. I should be able to make it next Saturday, so I’ll give my next challenge update then.

Lunch:
TJs vegetable jambalaya augmented with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes – 6
SF tapioca – 2

Dinner:
Veggie Delite – 8

Snacks:
Pumpkin smoothie – 2
Nonfat milk – 4
Granola bars – 3

Total: 29
