I’m heading to the Summer Sunsplash today, so I’m not sure if I’ll get back to finish updating my journal for today until tomorrow. The down side for me today is that it will be too early for dinner before my flight leaves and too late for dinner once my flight lands since I’ll be crossing a couple of time zones. I may try to see if there is something points-friendly at the airport that isn’t very messy that I can take on the plane to eat for dinner when the provide beverage service. Either way, I’m taking my own points-friendly snack bar for the plane, so that should help me stay on track.

I’m on the downhill side of this challenge! WOOT!! 8)

I weighed in this morning for the week. I was down another pound this week! 8) After going so many weeks of basically staying the same, it feels soooooooo good to see the scale moving again. yes Even though I won’t meet my personal Sunsplash challenge, I’m off to a really good start for my Summer Slimdown challenge I’m participating in on one of my message boards.

On another note, today would have been the 72nd wedding anniversary for my grandparents. Even though they’re no longer around, I just wanted to take a minute to say “Happy Anniversary, Gran & Pap!”

Here’s a picture of what I had for lunch today. It was very tasty and a good amount of food. ) It’s a new (to me) pasta that I found on Amazon recently called Carba-Nada. It’s half the points of regular pasta, but doesn’t have the odd texture of many other low-carb and whole wheat pastas.

Weight Loss
I rejoined Weight Watchers on Nov. 8, 2008. I've done WW before, but never made it to my goal weight. Thankfully, I've kept some of that weight off, but still have more to lose. My hope is that this will be the LAST time I rejoin and that I'll make it all the way to goal this time!
