Today was my WI for the week. I was THRILLED to see a nice drop of 3 pounds on the scale this week. I guess my exercise this week paid off. yes

Brunch:
Tuscan veggie omelet - 6
Honey bran muffin - 6
Watermelon - 1
Cranberry juice - 1

Dinner:
Bolono & cheese sandwiches - 6
FF Pringles w/salsa - 2
Baby carrots - 0
Kashi apple crisp - 3

Snacks:
Nonfat milk - 4
Z-bar - 2

Total: 30
Exercise:
WPA balance: 35
Water: 80 oz

    8) You did a great job this week with exercise and your journaling, so I call your week a success regardless of what the scale said. But, the fact that you did see lower #’s as a result must feel extra good. Congrats!

Weight Loss
I rejoined Weight Watchers on Nov. 8, 2008. I've done WW before, but never made it to my goal weight. Thankfully, I've kept some of that weight off, but still have more to lose. My hope is that this will be the LAST time I rejoin and that I'll make it all the way to goal this time!
