Today was my WI for the week. I was THRILLED to see a nice drop of 3 pounds on the scale this week. I guess my exercise this week paid off. yes

Brunch:
Tuscan veggie omelet – 6
Honey bran muffin – 6
Watermelon – 1
Cranberry juice – 1

Dinner:
Bolono & cheese sandwiches – 6
FF Pringles w/salsa – 2
Baby carrots – 0
Kashi apple crisp – 3

Snacks:
Nonfat milk – 4
Z-bar – 2

Total: 30
Exercise:
WPA balance: 35
Water: 80 oz

    8) You did a great job this week with exercise and your journaling, so I call your week a success regardless of what the scale said. But, the fact that you did see lower #’s as a result must feel extra good. Congrats!
