October Recap/November Goals
Wow! October sure went by in a blur. It’s hard to believe it’s already November. Even though I didn’t do as well in the weight loss department as I would have liked, I’m actually pretty pleased with how I did in the exercise department. I actually surpassed my goal of walking/running 25 miles by nearly 20 percent.
