October Recap/November Goals

Wow! October sure went by in a blur. It’s hard to believe it’s already November. Even though I didn’t do as well in the weight loss department as I would have liked, I’m actually pretty pleased with how I did in the exercise department. I actually surpassed my goal of walking/running 25 miles by nearly 20 percent. =D Here is a recap for last month.

Stationary Bike 1h 04m 43s - 15 Mi
Walk/Run 8h 02m 01s - 24.3 Mi
Swim 1h 30m - 1097.28 Yds
Aerobics 30m
Elliptical Training 30m

I’ve signed up for another exercise challenge for November. Here are my goals for this month:

Walk/Run 25 Mi
Swim 8 times
Weight Train 8 times
Weight Loss 4 pounds

Weight Loss
I rejoined Weight Watchers on Nov. 8, 2008. I've done WW before, but never made it to my goal weight. Thankfully, I've kept some of that weight off, but still have more to lose. My hope is that this will be the LAST time I rejoin and that I'll make it all the way to goal this time!
