I had a WONDERFUL time on the cruise, but it’s good to be back home, too. I might actually get some stitching done now. I think I may have gotten in about a total of an hour of stitching the whole 8 days we were gone.

Sorry for not updating in a while. I went on an 8-day Mexican cruise and just got back a couple of days ago. I had a GREAT time and even managed to lose weight while I was gone.

Since it’s a new month, I thought I would take a minute to recap how I did in November.

Walk/Run - 31 miles (including completing a 5k on Thanksgiving Day)
Swim - 2743 yards
Strength training - 7 times
Dancing - 2 times
Weight loss: down 4.6 pounds

Woo Hoo! Check out the new toys I picked up today. It’s a 2008 Cypress W hybrid from Giant and a Giro Transfer helmet.

I also picked up a trunk carrier for my car. I’m definitely going to have to practice putting the bike on and off of it to make sure I can tie it down securely enough so it won’t rattle around and either damage my car or the bike itself.
