1. Do not walk around in the dark, even if you’re in your own home.
2. If you ignore lesson #1, at least have the good sense to wear shoes.
3. If you ignore both #1 & #2, then be sure to avoid large wooden cupboards. no

    No, even though it still looks ugly, the pain was much less today. I’ll definitely keep a close eye on the bruising though and if it doesn’t start to improve, I’ll go in to see him.

Weight Loss
I rejoined Weight Watchers on Nov. 8, 2008. I've done WW before, but never made it to my goal weight. Thankfully, I've kept some of that weight off, but still have more to lose. My hope is that this will be the LAST time I rejoin and that I'll make it all the way to goal this time!
