I fell asleep while watching this piece. Is that bad?

It's definitely made me revisit my sleeping patterns; I know I feel so much better when I've slept more; but it's too often I'm getting by with less than five hours and 40oz of coffee. It would help if I didn't have a certain friend three time zones behind me. Maybe I'll suggest to this person they move closer, to prevent me from developing heart disease and diabetes

I'm hoping to work these studies into conversation today because I think some of my boss's stupid mistakes are made because she doesn't sleep enough. I, otoh, sleep 7-8 hours every night accounting for my superior intellect.
I especially liked how the Penn professor challenged people who thought they had trained themselves to sleep less so they could work more to come into the lab. And the phrase "hedonistic joy." Sleep is indeed a hedonistic joy--especially if you do it right. ;)
