Wow, that makes me never want to eat out again!!! Perhaps I’ll have to stick to salads…

I love worst of lists when it comes to food. Unfortantly, I think it just reminds those who eat those bad foods of how much they crave them. I think it just makes people out and eat them. Hopefully, people will realize what they are really eating and learn why those foods are so heart unhealthy. Thanks for posting that!!!

I don’t think I want to know where Olive Garden’s Fettuccini Alfredo (with don’t-stop-until-I-say-so piles of fresh-ground romano) shows up on that list. Fortunately, I only have that a couple of times a year.

Fortunately the only thing I’ve had on that list is a couple bites of my son’s double cheese macaroni at Macaroni Grill (he only ate half of it and had the other half for dinner the next night, as is our usual approach to eating Italian food when we go out!). I check the restaurant list at dwlz.com regularly even though I don’t officially follow Weight Watchers because it sure helps me make better choices. The best choice we’ve been making though, since the remodel is done, is eating in!! We used to eat out SO much but we’re really trying to cut down on it…

You can actually make Chipotle very very healthy. Get a bowl, beans, and eliminate the sour cream and guac. Sometimes I even leave off the cheese, but I ALWAYS amp up the hot sauce and the extra veggies. Avoid the corn, though…bad carbs.

Hot sauce does two things…amps your metabolism and keeps things ‘flowing’ during allergy season.

My friend and I eat it together at least once a week and sometimes he asks for double meat to add a heaping helping of protein.

Five GRAMS of sodium?

That’s not including the chloride!

I can throw five grams at you hard enough to hurt!

Motherfu**er!

Ah, I’ve had too many outback fries to remember.. no

It explains everything now =O

On another note, its pretty amazing how easy some foods pass the 1k caloris mark, that is insane.

I can’t imagine eating any of those things – not one of them. I love mac ‘n cheese but I’d probably eat about 1/4 of the kid’s meal at most.

TV ads for these chain restaurants just freak me out. ugh….it all looks like fat with side of grease and some carbs.

okay – wait – I take it back. I LOVE Chipotle but I only ever eat a Chipotle buritto if I have cycled AT LEAST 50 miles and I am starving. Otherwise, no dice.
