I so relate to that!!! This week has been a good one, thank goodness! But a couple of weeks ago, that picture would have been me if the kitty’s a$$ was in the box along with its head!!! There will be better days ahead, friend.
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and do another 50-day challenge. Sometimes we need that jolt onto the road to put us back on track. It’s a flop, or a sag, but it’s not a failure. It’s human… and you’re one of the finest ones of those I know.

About Me
I'm a Tennessee girl living in southern California who loves to stitch and is on a quest for better health and fitness.
I'm removing my weight loss progress information for a while. I'm really struggling with my motivation and self-image. So, for now, I'm trying not to let myself get hung up on numbers and just focus on exercising and trying to eat well.
