I got this as an email, but it is definitely something that lends itself well to a meme. So, I thought I would post it here and hope others will play along.

Welcome to the Christmas edition of getting to know your friends. Okay, here’s what you’re supposed to do, and try not to be a SCROOGE!!! 2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial
3. When do you put up the tree? When I bother to put it up, usually the first weekend of December
4. When do you take the tree down? If it went up, New year’s Day
5. Do you like eggnog? No
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Hello Dotty talking doll
7. Hardest person to buy for? Chris
8. Easiest person to buy for? My family since we don’t exchange gifts
9. Do you have a nativity scene? No
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Nothing — literally. Ex rarely bought me gifts.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? It’s a Wonderful Life — I know, I’m sappy that way.
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Usually in October
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? No, but I’ve returned a few
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Dark chocolate covered cherries — thankfully, they usually aren’t easy to find.
16. Lights on the tree? White non-blinking mini lights
17. Favorite Christmas song? Carol of the Bells
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay at home
19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer? Yes
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Angel
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Whenever I’m with whomever gave it to me. Since I live alone, it seems silly to actually wait for Christmas Eve or morning.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Crowded stores & traffic
23. Favorite ornament theme or color? Santa and/or Victorian style
24. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Don’t have one
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? Just to be happy
