Down another 3 pounds (1.4 kg) at my Weight Watchers meeting this morning. 8) Continuing with the July fruits & vegetables challenge, we were challenged by Julie (the meeting leader) to get ALL five of our fruit/veg servings EVERY day this week. It’s generally not a problem for me anyway, but I’ll definitely be more mindful this week to ensure that I meet the goal.
