Well, my best of intentions today just went up in smoke. I was going to install a patch to my photo album software on my server. I was in the process of creating a backup of all my images files when I received an odd error from my FTP client. When I tried to start the backup process again, I realized that my entire image folder went *poof* somewhere in the process and was gone. 
So, for now, most of the photos in my blog aren’t visible. 
I had actually been planning to move all of my photos from my old socalstitcher domain to my current thedailymel domain, but had been putting it off. I guess this would be a good time to make the move. 
It’s going to take a bit of time, but hopefully I’ll have my images back online and visible again by the end of the weekend.
