Wednesday Weigh In {Dec. 5}

Wednesday Weigh-In

Happy Wednesday Weigh In and/or Hump Day, everyone!  I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to post yesterday.  Life is just really hectic for me right now.  I’m trying to finish up everything for school this term and prep for my last finals I need to take.  I’m also trying to get everything ready to go on vacation next week.  Put all that together along with working full time, well, my plate has been a bit full. lol

As I’m sure you know already based on my Sunday post where I shared all about the new Weight Watchers 360 program, I did make it to my regular weekly meeting despite my busy schedule right now.  I’m happy to report that I was down an astonishing 6.8 pounds this week when I weighed in.  Woo Hoo!  I guess participating in the Skinny Snowman Challenge put together by Brooke really paid off.  Who knew that tracking and exercising would result in losing weight?!  Crazy, right?! )   Here’s hoping for another great week this week.  If all goes well, I’ll be attending a Weight Watchers meeting lead by the awesome & amazing Foodie McBody.  I can’t wait to see her again and get to finally attend one of her meetings!!

Weight Watchers 360 Flavor Cookbook

Don’t forget, there’s still one week left to enter my giveaway for the new Turn Up the Flavor cookbook from Weight Watchers.  The cookbook debuted this week at meeting centers to coincide with the launch of the new Weight Watchers 360 program, so it’s hot off the presses!

      Thanks, Brooke! Following the Simply Filling technique definitely takes a bit more planning for me when I do it as well. I’m going to be on vacation next week, but I’m thinking of doing SFT again for the rest of the year once I get back home. I think doing that will make me a lot less likely to allow myself to give in to holiday eating temptations.
