I’ve seen several blogging friends recently taking part in an internet meme called What I Ate Wednesday. Given that happens to be the day the corporate cafeteria where I work has dubbed Healthy Lifestyle Wednesday where they serve a Weight Watchers recipe, I thought it would be something fun I could join in, too. With that in mind, here’s my first submission for What I Ate Wednesday.
