Please Bear with Me!!

WOW! I just want to thank everyone so much for stopping by this week to check out my series about the new Weight Watchers program, Beyond the Scale. The response has been absolutely staggering! So much so, I keep overloading the resources on my web hosting plan. My traffic has increased more than thirty fold over the past couple of days! I’ve ponied up the cash and upgraded my hosting as much as I can short of purchasing my own dedicated server, but that’s very expensive and just isn’t in the financial cards since I don’t monetize my blog by accepting advertising.

If you are trying to read a post and the images aren’t loading, I hate to say this, but please just try back again a bit later. When my resources get overloaded, the first thing that goes are the images, unfortunately. Once a spike of traffic dies down a bit, the resources will stabilize and everything will load OK again.

I’m truly sorry and wish I had a better solution, but it’s just the nature of the beast right now. Thank you all so much for your patience! I’m sure things will settle down a bit once more members are migrated over to the new program.

    Thank you so very much for posting about the program. I personally hate change when it comes to WW, so the skepticism of this plan was apparent from the get go. You however, have explained this plan in such a thoughtful, detailed manner that I’m actually excited about it. The leaders tasked to explain to us in the meetings would be proud. Will definitely share this with everyone I know on program! 🙂

    Love your blog! Today was my first full day on SP. I was petrified that I would fail miserably my first day but it turns out, this WW best plan to date

      Congratulations on making it through day 1, Beth! I was skeptical of the new plan initially, but I definitely agree with you now. I think this is their best plan yet! Not only will it help members lose weight, but they’ll be healthier in the end as well, not just skinny!

    I just stumbled across your blog and I have done WW in the past (when it was just the point system) and was very successful. I am trying to follow the program again and am struggling. I don’t eat much meat and am having a hard time getting more protein. Because the foods I eat are low in protein, they seem to be higher in points which means I’m not eating much and I’m starving!! All I want is sugar and carbs. I am going to try and stick with it since I know I will eventually have success, hopefully soon!
