Weekly Weigh In – Week 28

I can’t believe another week has come and gone so quickly! It seems like just a couple of days ago when I posted my previous weekly weigh in update. With the holidays just around the corner, I really need time to slow down a bit. LOL

I went to my Weight Watchers meeting yesterday and was down another 1.8 pounds. After having the maintain last week, I was hoping for at least two pounds so I could hit the 20 pounds lost mark, but I’m still happy. With today’s loss, I’m down exactly 10 pounds since I returned to meetings on Sept. 18. (People following the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2 lbs/per wk.).

I also finished to more adventures in the Fitbit app. They were both virtual adventures at Yosemite. The first was Vernal Falls and the second was the Valley Loop. Sadly, I only have one adventure left before I’ll have completed all the ones they currently have available. I really hope they release more soon!

    Mel, I haven’t quite figured out what my weight loss plan will be yet. I tried Weight watchers in the past, lost 30 pounds the first time, and 20 the last time. Gained the 30 back, though! It’s been 10 years since the last WW meeting for me, though!

    Way to go, Mel! I’m back at it myself and am down about 10lbs. I had a big gain this week, so I’ve challenged myself to get 6 ‘in the zone’ dots. I want my graph to go the other way! 🙂

    Also, I’ll have to give that article a read!
