As many of you know, I’ve been on and off the WW program (formerly known as Weight Watchers) for many years. I’ve even had great success with it in the past, including losing nearly 140 pounds on their program about 15 years ago. Sadly, I’ve regained all but about 20 pounds.
With all the health issues I’ve had over the past 2-3 years (two pulmonary embolisms, gout, and being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes), it’s time to get serious about my weight. I headed to one of the local WW Studios this morning and restarted.
Now that I’m back on program, I’ll be checking in each week with my weigh-in results, good or bad. You can also check my results at any time on my progress chart. You can always find a link to that page in the navigation menu below the header of my blog.
