It’s Sunday, so that means it’s time for my weekly check in following my WW workshop earlier today. I wasn’t really expecting much of a loss on the scale this week given was the MASSIVE loss I had last week, but I was pleasantly surprised with my results this week.
I’m kind of overwhelmed by the fact I’ve lost so much in just two weeks. I rarely have losses that large even when I’ve restarted in the past. Needless to say, I’m thrilled! Today’s loss also put me over the 10 pounds lost point, so I received my 10 lbs. milestone charm today during the workshop.
Not only is the scale going down, but I just feel better overall, too. I’m sleeping better and the gout (arthritis) in my ankle is doing much better, too. The inflammation is much less which I’m sure can be attributed to how much less sugar I’m eating now.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’ve been participating in the WW 7 Days for Every Body challenge. Each day had a different theme for which members were to post photos. I decided to show off my biggest support squad right now which is my WW Coach, Jason, and my Wellness Guide, Kristina. They graciously agreed to pose with me for a photo following the workshop so I could share them for today’s challenge. They’ve both been such a huge help to me as I’ve been getting myself back on the whole health/wellness/weight loss journey.
Of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t thank all of you as well. You’ve all stuck with me over the years and cheered me on during times I’ve had great success, but, more importantly, you’ve also stuck with me and cheered me on during times I was struggling. You’ve helped me maintain my “never give up” attitude through it all and I can’t thank you enough!!
